As we look to expand our industry sectors into Food & Beverage we are excited to welcome chef, entrepreneur, and DJ, Dallas Green and his Made From Scratch food truck to the Rebelle Agency client portfolio.

Dallas started his career as a nightclub DJ quickly growing popularity and shifting into the corporate entertainment landscape before landing a role as the official tour DJ for Grammy award-winning actress and rapper Eve. While on tour Dallas traveled the world consuming all types of food - an opportunity that led to his love and passion for authentic cuisine. But once the tour was over he had an overwhelming desire to recreate the food he had experienced all over the world - so he got cooking. A few months later he applied for Master Chef and after making it through a few audition rounds realized that he wanted to start a food company that he could promote if he made the show. Although Master Chef didn't work out, something else was born, the food company Made From Scratch. A company founded by Dallas to intermix his love for music and food. 

Dallas built the company's popularity by providing a Long Island pop-up shop and catering opportunities with major companies like Macy's, Universal Records, Epic Records, and Facebook. However, there were still more goals to accomplish. Dallas applied to another television competition show, Chopped and was accepted. Team Dallas Green didn't take home the win but the experience was invaluable and led to his greatest vision to date - a food truck that offered really good food. Made From Scratch food truck has been a labor of passion and purpose for Dallas Green. As a client under our company, we hope to enhance the brand profile of the food truck and Dallas Green as a whole.
